All New Spring Menu
maple brooks farm burrata

This spring, the Bistro is inspired by the updated flavors of traditional Parisian fare. Executive Chef Lucas Sousa is showcasing the season with special creations, from a crispy duck confit with blackberry and cornmeal cake, to a wild burgundy escargot with spring vegetable fricassee, brioche and bacon. Start with a locally-made burrata from Maple Brooks Farm with oranges, watermelon radish, arugula and pistachio puree. For entrees, our dry aged duck breast gets its seasonal flair from toasted farro, bulb onions, burnt orange, black garlic-carrot puree and bacon ravigote. For a smaller dish, try our kaffir lime curried salmon with grapefruit, mint, and fennel jam or the pork belly with braised shoulder tortellini and golden morels. Enjoy the fantastic flavors of spring at Beacon Hill Bistro!
