Dine Out Boston Menu: Winter 2015

From March 1st-6th and 8th-13th, join us at Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro as we indulge in the annual winter dining event! We’ll be offering a 3-course, prix fixe lunch menu Monday through Friday for $25 and 3-course dinner Sunday through Thursday for $38 per person. Duck Paté – Pistachio, Cherries, Pickled Shallot, Greens
White Bean and Escarole Soup – Parmesan, Sourdough
Romaine Salad – Sauce Verte, Radish, Orange, Anchovy Bread Crumbs, Black Pepper Lemon Dressing

Maine Courses:

Crispy Duck Confit – Hazelnuts, Black Lentils, Roasted Carrot
Carolina Trout – Fingerling Potatoes, Parsley, Haricots Verts, Lardons,
Smoked Mushroom Risotto – Charred Onions, Red Wine Reduction, Walnut
