Boston reputation as a walking city is well deserved and Beacon Hill Hotel is ideally suited to make the most of your visit. A car is absolutely not necessary during your stay if your plans are to tour Boston and Cambridge. If your travels before or after Boston require renting a car, we recommend not keeping the car during your Boston visit. Several agencies will deliver your car directly to the hotel for your convenience.

Upon leaving the airport, follow signs for "Sumner Tunnel/Boston". As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right hand lane, and take the exit for "Storrow Drive". Once you’ve exited the tunnel, bearing right onto Storrow Drive, take your first left-hand exit toward "Government Center". At the end of the off-ramp, go straight through 2 sets of lights, and onto Charles Street, passing a CVS Pharmacy on your left. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is on the left at the far end of Charles Street (about 5 blocks from CVS) on the corner of Chestnut and Charles Streets.

Follow 95/128 South until 93 Boston exit. Stay on 93 South into Boston and take exit 26, “Storrow Drive.” Continue to the end of the off-ramp and follow the signs for "Storrow Drive", bearing left. Once on "Storrow Drive", take your first left-hand exit toward "Government Center". At the end of the off-ramp, go straight through 2 sets of lights, and onto Charles Street, passing a CVS Pharmacy on your left. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is on the left at the far end of Charles Street (about 5 blocks from CVS) on the corner of Chestnut and Charles Streets.

Follow 95 North until it joins 93 North (95N will split; 95N continues on left, 93N is on the right) Stay on 93N until you enter the tunnel beneath the city of Boston (“the Big Dig”) and take the exit for the Storrow Drive. Follow signs for Storrow Drive, bearing right. Once on "Storrow Drive", take your first left-hand exit toward "Government Center". At the end of the off-ramp, go straight through 2 sets of lights, and onto Charles Street, passing a CVS Pharmacy on your left. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is on the left at the far end of Charles Street (about 5 blocks from CVS) on the corner of Chestnut and Charles Streets.

From 90E, Take Exit #22 (Copley/Prudential). As the ramp splits, stay to the right side for the Copley Side. As you come off the ramp, go straight for three blocks and take a left onto Berkeley Street. Take Berkeley Street past Commonwealth Ave and Beacon Street and bear right as it merges with "Storrow Drive". Once on "Storrow Drive", take a right on the exit marked "Government Center". At the end of the off-ramp, take a hard right onto Charles Street, passing a CVS Pharmacy on your left. The Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is on the left at the far end of Charles Street (about 5 blocks from CVS) on the corner of Chestnut and Charles Streets.

First, stop off at the hotel reception desk and unload your baggage. At the end of Charles Street, take a right onto Beacon Street. Take your next left onto Arlington Street (the Public Garden will be on your left). Take the next left onto Boylston Street. Take yet another left onto South Charles Street. Move immediately to the far right lane and enter the garage under the horizontal blue sign. Exit garage by the Charles/Beacon elevator. You are 75 yards from the hotel entrance.
