This winter Executive Chef Josh Lewin is resurrecting dishes of days past which will appear as weekly specials in celebration of #TBT, or #ThrowbackThursdays– the name of a weekly theme that social media users use to post general “throwback” content.
This week’s first #TBT special came as a suggestion from fellow twitter users who posed the idea of recreating the now gone Locke-Ober dish, “Lobster Savannah.” Missed it? We’ll be doing something similar every Thursday, and the special will be available for that dinner service only. Have a dish you want to see again?
