RESERVATION POLICIES:
Check-in: 4:00 PM Eastern
Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern
Early Check-in and Late Check-out:
Subject to availability at the discretion of the Front Desk at the time of check-in or check-out. Contact us to inquire before your arrival.
Cancellations:
Flexible reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before arrival to avoid a 1-night penalty charge. Prepaid and non-refundable reservations will forfeit the full deposit amount upon cancellation.
Credit Cards, Deposits, and Guarantees:
A valid credit card will be required at the time of booking, with the full payment due upon arrival for all flexible reservations. The total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking for all non-refundable reservations.
Early Departures:
All third-party reservations are subject to forfeit the full amount of the reservation should the reservation be cancelled after the guest’s arrival.
No Show:
One night’s penalty charge will be applied, and the reservation cancelled should guests fail to check in for flexible reservations. The full deposit amount will be forfeited for non-refundable reservations.
Pet Policy:
Please note that Beacon Hill Hotel does not accept pets, with the exception of service animals. If you are traveling with a service animal, we kindly ask that you notify our front desk prior to your arrival to help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
